- Avenor Holdings LLC
An explanation of how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform, the categories of cookies in use, and how you can manage your consent. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
This Cookie Policy explains how Avenor Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the Hab Jobs platform at https://www.habposlovi.com/ ("Platform"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or interact with the Platform.
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides further detail on how we collect and use personal data. Both documents are available at https://www.habposlovi.com/.
By continuing to use the Platform after being presented with our cookie consent notice, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cookie Policy. Where your consent is required under applicable law (including the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR), we will request that consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide analytical information to website operators.
Cookies set by the website operator (in this case, by us) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website operator are called "third-party cookies". Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the Platform, such as analytics, advertising, and interactive content.
In addition to cookies, we and our service providers may use other similar tracking technologies, including:
- Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs): Small transparent image files embedded in web pages or emails that enable us to track whether a page has been accessed or an email has been opened.
- Local storage objects (LSOs): Files stored in your browser's local storage that function similarly to cookies but can store larger amounts of data.
- Session storage: Data stored temporarily in your browser that is cleared when you close the browser tab or window.
- Fingerprinting: Collection of device or browser attributes to identify a device, used in limited circumstances for fraud prevention.
For simplicity, all of these technologies are referred to collectively as "cookies" throughout this Policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We organize the cookies used on the Platform into the following categories, based on their purpose and the legal basis for their use:
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or completing a form.
Legal basis: These cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested. They are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functioning platform, and in some jurisdictions, on the basis that they are technically necessary to deliver the service.
Examples of what these cookies do:
- Maintain your login session so you do not need to re-authenticate on every page
- Remember items you have added to saved jobs
- Store your cookie consent preferences so we do not re-display the consent banner on subsequent visits
- Enable security features such as CSRF (cross-site request forgery) protection
- Load balance traffic across our servers to ensure Platform availability
Retention: Session (deleted when you close your browser) or up to 12 months for persistent session and preference cookies.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies enable the Platform to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated into our pages.
Legal basis: Your consent, which you can provide or withdraw through our cookie consent tool.
Examples of what these cookies do:
- Remember your preferred language or region settings
- Remember your job search filters and preferences between sessions
- Enable embedded content such as job map views or third-party integrations
- Remember whether you have previously dismissed informational banners or notices
Retention: Up to 12 months from the date of last Platform interaction.
2.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of the Platform. They help us understand which pages are the most and least popular and how visitors move around the Platform. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymized or pseudonymized.
Legal basis: Your consent, which you can provide or withdraw through our cookie consent tool.
Examples of what these cookies do:
- Track page views, session duration, and navigation paths
- Identify which job listings receive the most views and applications
- Measure how Users arrive at the Platform (direct, search engine, referral)
- Detect and report technical errors and Platform performance issues
- Support A/B testing to evaluate improvements to Platform features
Third-party providers in this category may include Google Analytics or similar services. Where we use Google Analytics, we have enabled IP anonymization and have entered into a data processing agreement with Google LLC. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Retention: Up to 24 months from the date of last Platform interaction, subject to the retention periods of individual third-party providers.
2.4 Marketing and Targeting Cookies
These cookies may be set through our Platform by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites. They do not store directly personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device.
Legal basis: Your explicit consent, which you can provide or withdraw through our cookie consent tool. We will not place marketing cookies without your prior consent.
Examples of what these cookies do:
- Track whether you have visited our Platform and viewed specific content
- Enable retargeting so that relevant Platform advertisements may be displayed to you on third-party websites
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Limit the number of times you see a particular advertisement
Retention: Up to 13 months from placement, or as specified by the relevant third-party provider.
Note: If you do not consent to marketing cookies, you will still see advertisements on third-party platforms, but they will not be tailored based on your Platform activity.

4. Consent Management
4.1 How We Obtain Consent
When you first visit the Platform, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that describes the categories of cookies in use and allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category.
We record your consent decision along with a timestamp and the version of the cookie policy in effect at the time of consent. This record is retained as evidence of your consent.
Strictly necessary cookies are deployed without requiring consent, as they are technically essential to the operation of the Platform.
4.2 Withdrawing or Changing Consent
You may withdraw or modify your cookie consent at any time by:
- Accessing the cookie preference center through the link provided in the footer of the Platform
- Clearing cookies through your browser settings (note: this will also delete your session and preferences)
- Contacting us at info@habposlovi.com to request assistance with your consent preferences
Please note that withdrawing consent for functional or analytics cookies may affect your experience on the Platform, such as the loss of saved preferences or reduced personalization.
4.3 Consent for Minors
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly place marketing or profiling cookies on devices used by minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform and consented to cookies without parental authorization, please contact us at info@habposlovi.com.
5. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
In addition to our consent tool, most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete all cookies or cookies from specific websites
- Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
- Set your browser to notify you before a cookie is placed
Browser-specific instructions for managing cookies are available at the following links:

Please be aware that restricting cookies may impact the functionality of the Platform and other websites you visit. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging into your account or using saved preferences features.
For mobile devices, cookie management options are typically available through your device's browser settings or privacy settings menu.
6. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your browsing activity tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, and the Platform does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT browser settings.
We will continue to monitor developments in this area and will update this Policy if and when a recognized standard emerges. In the meantime, you may use our cookie consent tool to control non-essential cookies.
7. Third-Party Cookies and External Services
Some cookies on the Platform are placed by third-party providers whose services we have integrated. We do not control these third-party cookies and their use is governed by the privacy and cookie policies of the respective providers.
Third-party providers currently integrated with the Platform include:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): Analytics and performance tracking. Privacy policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Stripe, Inc. (Payment Processing): Fraud prevention and payment authentication. Privacy policy available at https://stripe.com/privacy
We conduct periodic reviews of third-party cookie providers to ensure they meet our data protection standards. If a third-party provider's practices change materially, we will update this Policy and, where necessary, re-obtain your consent.
8. Cookies and Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the third-party providers whose cookies we use may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, including to the United States. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on the provider's compliance with applicable transfer mechanisms.
For more information about how we handle cross-border data transfers, please refer to the International Data Transfers section of our Privacy Policy.
9. Retention of Cookie Data
The personal data collected through cookies is retained in accordance with the periods described in Section 3 of this Policy and the data retention schedule set out in our Privacy Policy. At the expiry of applicable retention periods, cookie-derived data is deleted or anonymized.
Session cookies expire automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire at the end of their set retention period or when you delete them manually.
10. Updates to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law, or changes in the services we offer. When we make material updates, we will post the revised Policy on the Platform with an updated Effective Date and, where required, present a new consent notice to Users.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies.
